A little butter (for frying)
Some Golden syrup and blueberries (for serving)
Instructions
In a
mixing bowl
,
whisk
together the flour, sugar, and
baking powder.
Add the eggs and milk, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a
non-stick frying pan
over medium heat and grease lightly with butter.
Drop small amounts of batter into a greased
circle cookie cutter
for even shapes.
Cook until bubbles form and pop on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with golden syrup and fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
