Chocolate and Pecan Nut Brownies
Ingredients
- 200 g / 7 oz salted butter
- 200 g / 7 oz chocolate
- 3 cups / 600g / 21 oz sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spray a roasting tin with non-stick spray and line it with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat in a large pot.
- Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after adding each egg.
- Stir in the vanilla essence.
