Peppermint Crisp Pudding
Ingredients
- 500 ml / 2 cups / 16 oz Whipping Cream
- 2 tins Nestle Caramel Treat
- 2-3 Mint Chocolate Bars or 4 Peppermint Crisps
- 1.5 – 2 packs of Bakers Nutticrust / Tennis Biscuits
Instructions
- Whip the cream using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Set aside some biscuits for decorating. Crush the biscuits in a food chopper or place the biscuits inside a sealed zip-lock bag and crush using a rolling pin.
- Place ½ the crushed biscuits in a serving bowl.
- Spread ½ the Caramel Treat on top.
- Spread ⅓ of the whipped cream on top.
- Place the other half of the biscuits and Caramel Treat onto, ending with the ⅔ of whipped cream.
- Top with the roughly chopped biscuits and mint chocolate.
Notes
- Optional: Add some chopped chocolate into the layers for extra minty flavour.
- Note: This pudding can also be made in small bowls or glasses for individual servings.
